Jessica graduated with a bachelor's degree in Psychology and a master's degree in Occupational Therapy. Before pivoting into UX, she worked in adult rehabilitation for around 7 years. Her enjoyment of learning about people and human behavior led her to explore and pursue the field of user experience.
